Possible action: a. Approve retroactive Ninth Amendment to Emergency Occupancy Agreement with RTJTZ Hospitality, LLC, relating to providing 23 hotel rooms at 55 Old Tully Road, San Jose increasing the maximum contract by $758,908 from $8,154,402 to $8,913,310, and extending the agreement for a 12-month period through December 31, 2026, with one one-year extension option, that has been reviewed and approved by County Counsel as to form and legality. b. Authorize delegation to the County Executive, or designee, to negotiate, execute, amend, manage, or terminate the Emergency Occupancy Agreement, including the extension option, with RTJTZ Hospitality, LLC, relating to providing 23 hotel rooms at 55 Old Tully Road, San Jose, and a contract term that starts no earlier than January 1, 2026, and ends no later than December 31, 2027, following approval by County Counsel as to form and legality, and approval by the Office of the County Executive. Delegation of authority shall expire on December 31, 2027.
