ACTION ITEM -Recommend that the VTA Board of Directors: 1)   Approve the recommended project list for the 2016 Measure B Bicycle & Pedestrian Planning Studies Competitive Grant Program Cycle 3 call for projects; and 2)   Authorize the General Manager/CEO to execute the necessary agreements for the 2016 Measure B Bicycle & Pedestrian Planning Studies Competitive Grant Program funds. 8.
