Julian Street | San José, CA 95110 1.   Call to Order and Roll Call. Steve Baron called the meeting to order at 3:07 PM. Present: Rekha Amble, Steve Baron, Brian Le, Craig (Teacher) Morgan, Jazive Aceves, Dorothy Ross, and Emily Valenzuela Absent: Michelle Goodwin, Kathleen King, and Patty Ramirez Guest: Rosemary Baez, CAPC Coordinator 2.   Public commentary for items that are not on this agenda. No comments 3.   Review and approve prior meeting Minutes of February 5, 2026. A motion to approve the minutes of February 5, 2026 as amended was made by Rekha Amble, seconded by Dorothy Ross, motion passed unanimously. 4.   Discuss/Approve Committee Business. a.   April Awareness Month Initiatives i.   Healthy Relationships Video Updates Rosemary Baez reported that the Spanish version voice over was uploaded to the drive. Rekha Amble secured English and Vietnamese speakers to do the voice overs. She suggested we offer a $25 gift card to the youth. Rosemary Baez replied that she will investigate the process for issuing the gift cards. Brian Le reported that he will work on the videos tonight. His goal is to add the QR code, re-dub audio, and add a new song (background music). Rekha Amble stated that she will have the other voices uploaded to the drive within the month. Brian Le asked the committee where they want the QR code. After some discussion, it was agreed to redesign the final screen to include the QR code and clean up the look by removing duplicate text. CAPC – PAC Minutes 03/05/26   Page 2 of 2 meeting. ii.   Supporting the Symposium Rosemary Baez reported that Patty Ramirez has the posters for the symposium. Emily Valenzuela will be at the resource tables with the items purchased: notebooks, bags, pens, etc. iii.   Other April Awareness Month Activities/Projects Rosemary Baez reminded the committee that the flag raising ceremony is on April 14 at noon at the county building. All CAPC and committee members are encouraged to attend. Patty Ramirez has a press release on this event. Rekha Amble reported that the ad at Eastridge mall is ready to go. She is waiting for confirmation on the location of the billboard and that we are using same as last year, minus the 4in1 campaign posters. Rekha Amble asked that the Kids in Common (KIC) Children’s Summit tickets be forwarded t
