I. 	Call to Order & Orders of the Day (5:30 p.m.)
II. 	Public Comment (5:35 p.m.) Members of the Public are invited to speak on any
item that does not appear on today’s Agenda and that is within the subject
matter jurisdiction of the Commission. Meeting attendees are usually given two
(2) minutes to speak on any discussion item and/or during open forum; the time
limit is in the discretion of the Chair of the meeting and may be limited when
appropriate. Speakers using a translator will be given twice the time allotted to
ensure non-English speakers receive the same opportunity to directly address
the Committee, Board or Commission.

A. Recommendation to Adopt a Park Master Plan and Official Name for a
Future Park along Rinconada Drive
Han-Lei Wang, Associate Landscape Architect, PRNS; Marybeth Bowman,
Planner, PRNS; Darrick Nguyen, Associate Engineer, Department of Public
Works.
Recommendation:
(a) Accept the Accept the staff report and refer a Master Plan for a future City
Charter park that will be located within the Canoas Garden and Almaden
neighborhood to the City Council for adoption, and;
(b) Pursuant to City Council Policy 7-5, discuss and direct staff
recommendations on an official park name for the Canoas Garden and
Almaden neighborhood park site to the City Council:
(1) “Bill Kee Park” as recommended by staff and consistent with the public
outreach process; or
(2) An alternative park name from the list of eligible names generated
through the public outreach process.
