Call to Order and Roll Call. Michelle Goodwin called the meeting to order at 3:08 PM. Present: Rekha Amble, Brian Le, Craig (Teacher) Morgan, Michelle Goodwin, Kathleen King, Patty Ramirez, Dorothy Ross, and Emily Valenzuela Absent: Jazive Aceves and Steve Baron Guest: Rosemary Baez, CAPC Coordinator 2.   Public commentary for items that are not on this agenda. Patty Ramirez reported that she is working with the Board of Supervisors on scheduling a date for the flag raising ceremony, tentatively scheduled for April 14 at 12 PM. 3.   Review and approve prior meeting minutes   –   Minutes of January 15, 2026. A motion to approve the minutes of January 15, 2026 as amended was made by Rekha Amble, seconded by Kathleen King, motion passed unanimously. 4.   Discuss/Approve Committee Business. a.   Updates on Directory Displays at Eastridge Mall and VTA Bus Tails Michelle Goodwin reported that these items have been processed. For Eastridge, we are unable to display two posters, so the English version was selected. She stated that next year we can reformat the artwork to include both English and Spanish. Our ad will be located o utside of Macy’s.   This ad will run in April for four weeks. Michelle Goodwin reported that the VTA artwork will be the same as last year but only include the Healthy Relationships ads. Ads on buses and billboards will run from March 30 to April 27. b.   April Awareness Month Initiatives i.   Healthy Relationships Video updates Michelle Goodwin reminded the committee that we were looking at updating the videos with new voice over and QR code. After some discussion, it was agreed that all three languages need to be redone for the 30 second videos. The

After some discussion, Rekha Amble agreed to find an English speaker, Rosemary Baez will reach out to a Spanish speaker, the only one left is the Vietnamese speaker. Rosemary Baez agreed to email Brian Le the transcripts and QR code. After some discussion, it was agreed by consensus that we need a parent consent form. Patty Ramirez agreed to check to see if there is a county form we can use. Kathlee King will forward a copy she used with Create TV. It was agreed by consensus that the youth can record
