Possible action: a. Approve Ninth Amendment to Lease Agreement with FirstCom, LLC, relating to providing 3,288 rentable square feet of office space increasing the maximum contract amount by $142,042 from $26,297,438 to $26,439,480, and extending the agreement for a 12-month period through April 30, 2027, with two one-year extension options, that has been reviewed and approved by County Counsel as to form and legality. b. Approve delegation of authority to the County Executive, or designee, to negotiate, execute, amend, manage, or terminate the Lease Agreement, including the extension options, with FirstCom, LLC, relating to providing 3,288 rentable square feet of office space at 2460 North First Street, San Jose, and a contract term that starts no earlier than April 24, 2026 and ends no later than April 30, 2029, following approval by County Counsel as to form and legality, and approval by the Office of the County Executive. Delegation of authority shall expire on April 30, 2029.
