17.: Adopt a resolution: A) Authorizing the County Executive, or designee, to execute a Trilateral Memorandum of Understanding between the County, the City of East Palo Alto, and East Palo Alto Community Alliance and Neighborhood Development Organization to facilitate the potential exchange of real property, interim site control, and future development of a 100% affordable housing project on University Avenue and the expansion of Martin Luther King Jr. Park in East Palo Alto; and B) Authorizing and directing the Director of the Department of Housing, or designee, in consultation with the East Palo Alto Community Alliance and Neighborhood Development Organization, to conduct a competitive process to select a developer for the proposed University Avenue affordable housing development

21.: Adopt a resolution accepting the summary report on countywide Mitigation Fees through December 31, 2025

8.: Adopt a resolution authorizing and directing the Office of Labor Standards and Enforcement (OLSE) and the Environmental Health Services Division (EHS) to implement a pilot program to enforce final judgments for labor law violations through food service permitting

20.: Accept The Probation Department’s Report On Immigration Detainers, Pursuant To Chapter 2.48 Of Title 2 Of the San Mateo County Ordinance Code

24.: Accept the Sheriff’s Office Report on interactions with Immigration Authorities, pursuant to Chapter 2.48 of Title 2 of the San Mateo County Ordinance Code

6.: Adopt a resolution authorizing the Chief Elections Officer or their designee(s) to enter into an agreement with the California Secretary of State to receive $8,324.38 in state and federal reimbursement funding pursuant to the Help America Vote Act for the purpose of improving and enhancing election security in San Mateo County
