Who should attend? Everyone is welcome. This event highlights District 7, but you can attend any Family Summit that fits your schedule.

Why are we gathering? The Family Summit Series is part of San Francisco's first Citywide Community Needs Assessment. Through conversations with families across the city, we're learning what matters most to children, youth, young adults, and families. What we learn will help improve future planning, programs, and services.

District 7 Neighborhoods include: Inner Parkside, Golden Gate Heights, Inner Sunset, Parnassus Heights, Clarendon Heights, part of Twin Peaks, West Portal, Forest Knolls, Midtown Terrace, Forest Hill, Miraloma Park, Sunnyside, Sherwood Forest, Westwood Highlands, Westwood Park, St. Francis Wood, Monterey Heights, Mt. Davidson, Balboa Terrace, Ingleside Terraces, Stonestown, Lakeside, Parkmerced, Lake Merced, City College, San Francisco State, part of Ashbury Heights, and part of UCSF Parnassus Heights.

Can’t attend the summit on September 12th? OCOFI has your back. They have put together a survey to inform local policies, school district collaboration, and community services by addressing everyday challenges and systemic barriers.

Who should take this survey:

- San Francisco families or caregivers with children ages 0–24 - San Francisco young adults ages 18–24

Your responses are kept completely confidential (overall results are shared only in aggregate with city departments and SFUSD) and findings will guide how services are prioritized, delivered, and improved across the city.
